We collaborated closely with the client throughout the project to ensure their vision was realised while maintaining strict budget and timeline adherence.

Given the high Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) rating of the area, we meticulously selected materials to meet all regulatory standards without compromising on aesthetics or quality.

This home boasts an impressive energy rating, featuring double glazing throughout to maximise insulation and energy efficiency.

Located in the cooler climate of Red Hill, we installed hydronic heating, a reverse cycle system, underfloor heating in bathrooms, and a wood heater. These solutions ensured for optimal comfort and warmth during winter months.

The cathedral ceiling in the kitchen/living area enhances the spaciousness and elegance of the living spaces, creating a focal point for family gatherings and entertaining.

With a reliance on tank water, we incorporated high-rating efficient taps throughout the home to minimise water usage without sacrificing performance.

Engineered timber flooring was used throughout to combine durability with a timeless aesthetic, enhancing the overall charm of this modern family home.
