Our clients started their renovations with the interior. We carried out an extension to the kitchen, installation of a concrete fireplace in the living area and restoration of the existing hardwood timber flooring to retain the heritage of the existing home. The bathroom increased in size and was completely modernised, while fresh carpet and wardrobes rejuvenated the bedrooms.
We returned several months later for an external facelift of the existing solid brick. We completed a full external renovation in which we re-clad the entire house, replaced the existing roof tiles with COLORBOND® and constructed a new carport, plus surrounding timber decks.
The bricks were removed and replaced by Silvertop Ash timber cladding, while the original roof was re-pitched to incorporate a verandah under the roofline. We also added a outdoor living area for increased outdoor entertaining potential.
